Our client is the world’s largest lifestyle retailer of recreational boats and yachts, offering yacht concierge and superyacht services through over 125 locations worldwide. Naviga has been engaged to recruit a Marketing Production Manager. Title: Marketing Production Manager Location: Clearwater, FLKey Points:
- Drive the implementation of an effective marketing production strategy, shaping the direction of high-impact marketing campaigns

- Manage all incoming production requests, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and generate reports on project status and key metrics
- Liaise with external vendors for competitive quotes and timely delivery of materials
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Provide support on all necessary tasks for team success
- Excellent project-management abilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production trafficking or project management
- Extensive marketing experience across print and digital media
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Project management certification is preferred
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, Google docs, and Smartsheets
- A basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience in the marine industry is a plus
